Other Services? Are you a family member, friend, or consumer? If yes, we can offer the following services:

  A non-crisis telephone support line for individuals, family members, and other concerned parties who would like someone to talk to or request community mental health resources. The person who answers the phone is a peer or family member who has been impacted by severe and persistent mental illness. Services include:

  • Phone calls (daily, weekly)
  • Daily, weekly texts
  • Appointment reminders (we send a text message or call if your loved one does not answer our call)
  • Our staff can also provide outreach to meet face to face in an office setting or mutually agreed upon community location (one hour per month)
  • Information concerning community resources
  • Prayer and encouragement
